Return & Refund Policy – Mirralis Creations Due to the personalised and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All jewellery, inclusion pieces (breastmilk, hair, ashes, fur), and custom engraved portraits are made specifically to order and cannot be resold. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mirraliscanines@outlook.com with photos and your order number so we can assess the issue. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for items that are faulty, significantly different from the description, or not of acceptable quality. If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
