All Mirralis Creations pieces are handcrafted and made to order from our studio in Queensland, Australia.

Processing Times

• Engraved portraits: 3–7 business days
• Personalised jewellery (non-inclusion): 5–10 business days
• Inclusion jewellery (breastmilk, hair, ashes, fur): 3–16 weeks depending on kit return time and curing process

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Inclusion Kits

For inclusion jewellery, a collection kit will be sent within 7 business days of purchase. Production begins once your inclusions are received back at our studio.
